The projects involves Traffic Control for operating large cranes to lift heavy material, concrete pours, road closures for plumbing and other works, etc. on multiple sites across Sydney region on a regular basis.
We were responsible for Traffic Control Planning, Installation of Traffic Control devices, Road Closures and Traffic Diversions, Road Occupancy Licence (ROL) approvals. We deployed a large team of accredited Traffic Controllers along with Traffic Control UTEs fully equipped with Electronic Arrowboards and Traffic Control Signage. The client was v satisfied and provides repeat business.
